Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born on the 4th of October in 1979. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and a social worker. Part-Italian, she's also of Italian descent. Cook was first seen first in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10 and was featured in national commercials for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
